SpindleOS provides software for managing spinning mill operations. You agree to use it lawfully and only for your legitimate business purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the service.
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance may occur with notice where practical.
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
